Adopted Name: Joseph Kallinger

Joseph was born into difficult circumstances. At the age of two he was placed in foster care and later adopted by Stephen and Anna Kallinger, a strict, devout Catholic couple. His adoptive father was particularly abusive subjecting Joseph to extreme punishments including beatings and starvation.

This abuse, compounded by psychological trauma, laid the groundwork for Joseph’s later descent into violence and delusion.
